Periodical returns.—Every operator of a private network shall furnish to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form G of the operation of a captive telecommunication network carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
