Surrender of certificate.—Every developer executing agreements for sale who ceases to carry on the execution of agreements for sale shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Inspector General of Registration in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every stamp held by him has been disposed of.
