Application for registration.—Every developer executing agreements for sale carrying on the execution of agreements for sale shall make an application for registration to the Inspector General of Registration in Form F, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every instrument held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
