Periodical return.—Every registered priest carrying on the performance of marriage ceremonies shall furnish to the Registrar of Marriages, within ninety days of the close of each year, a return in Form V of every notice of intended marriage received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for ninety days from the date on which it is furnished.
