Intimation of change.—Every operator of a citizen service centre shall intimate to the Competent Authority, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
