Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a saw mill shall apply to the Divisional Forest Officer in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Divisional Forest Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
