Application for registration.—Every consignor carrying on the consignment of goods by railway shall make an application for registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of consignments held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
