Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee who ceases to carry on prospecting operations shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Mineral Foundation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form K of the manner in which every register of leases held by him has been disposed of.
