Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the commission agent shall apply to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
