Intimation of change.—Every producer company shall intimate to the Regional Director, in Form INC-22 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Director shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
