Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a camping site who ceases to carry on the running of a camping site shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every permission held by him has been disposed of.
