Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a photography permit who ceases to carry on photography at a protected monument shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Goa in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every entry ticket held by him has been disposed of.
