Application for registration.—Every holder of a photography permit carrying on photography at a protected monument shall make an application for registration to the Government of Goa in Form VIII, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
