Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in appointments to the post of Under Chief Executive Officer Of The Council in the Law Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, being a Group 'A' post carrying Level 10 in the pay matrix, in accordance with the orders issued by the Government from time to time in this regard.
