Intimation of change.—Every employer of apprentices shall intimate to the Labour Commissioner, in Form VIII and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Labour Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
