Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of apprentices who ceases to carry on the engagement of apprentices shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Labour Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every register of wages held by him has been disposed of.
