Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the employer of apprentices shall apply to the Labour Commissioner in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Labour Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
