Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the running of a factory shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Industrial Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every appointment letter held by him has been disposed of.
