Application for registration.—Every executive officer of a temple carrying on the administration of a temple shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form A, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every budget held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
