Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the executive officer of a temple shall apply to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
