Surrender of certificate.—Every examination centre who ceases to carry on the conduct of examinations shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every question paper held by him has been disposed of.
