Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the examination centre shall apply to the Commission in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
