Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a private network shall apply to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees, and the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
