Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a private network dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every interconnection agreement then held; and the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
