Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Standing Committee in the custody of the Insurance Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Standing Committee; and where the Insurance Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 12 within twenty-one days of the succession.
