Intimation of change.—Every web aggregator shall intimate to the Insurance Ombudsman, in Form IRDA-1 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insurance Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
