Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person carrying on a regulated activity shall apply to the Controller in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
