Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of cosmetics shall intimate to the Government of Kerala, in Form 21 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Kerala shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
