Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a village shop shall intimate to the Gram Panchayat, in Form 7 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Gram Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
