Application for registration.—Every generating company carrying on the generation of electricity shall make an application for registration to the Central Commission in Form V, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of consumers held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
