Surrender of certificate.—Every loss assessor who ceases to carry on the assessment of claims shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-7 of the manner in which every statement of claims held by him has been disposed of.
