Bye-law 17, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Fees of The assessment of claims) Bye-laws, 2024 [S42-332]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the loss assessor shall apply to the Insurance Information Bureau in Form IRDA-8 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Insurance Information Bureau shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
