Intimation of change.—Every collector of a Panchayat tax shall intimate to the District Panchayat, in Form 4 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
