Rule 23, Assam Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2024 [S41-XFN]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a mine shall apply to the Regional Controller of Mines in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Regional Controller of Mines shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
