Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a mine who ceases to carry on the working of a mine shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every stock of minerals held by him has been disposed of.
