Rule 11, Assam Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2024 [S41-X3D]

Report to the Government.—The Regional Controller of Mines shall prepare, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of owners of a mine whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Assam and publish it within sixty days of its preparation.
