Intimation of change.—Every owner of a mine shall intimate to the Regional Controller of Mines, in Form K and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Controller of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
