Conditions of registration.—Every fit person shall carry on the temporary care of a child by a fit person only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every individual care plan in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such individual care plan for inspection on request by the District Child Protection Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
