Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the fit person shall apply to the Juvenile Justice Board in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
