Rule 8, Assam Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2024 [S41-VD9]

Report to the Government.—The Juvenile Justice Board shall prepare, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of fit persons whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Assam and publish it within twenty-one days of its preparation.
