Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for solid waste collection shall apply to the Director of Municipal Administration in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
