Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of an explosives magazine shall apply to the Superintendent of Police in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Superintendent of Police shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
