Intimation of change.—Every seed producer shall intimate to the Director of Agriculture, in Form A and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Agriculture shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
