Surrender of certificate.—Every travel agent who ceases to carry on the business of a travel agent shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Firms in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register of contracts held by him has been disposed of.
