Surrender of certificate.—Every nursing home who ceases to carry on the running of a nursing home shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Medical Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every medical device held by him has been disposed of.
