Intimation of change.—Every party to an arbitration agreement shall intimate to the Arbitration Council, in Form H and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Arbitration Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
