Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a commercial establishment shall intimate to the Licensing Officer, in Form VI and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
