Safe custody.—Every co-operative housing society shall keep every tenancy agreement to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the management of a co-operative housing society is carried on, shall record in Form E the description of every tenancy agreement so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
