Surrender of certificate.—Every co-operative housing society who ceases to carry on the management of a co-operative housing society shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every rent receipt held by him has been disposed of.
