Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any blood bank dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the State Medical Council in Form 25, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every medical device then held; and the State Medical Council shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
